How to share your Google Sheet (one-time setup)
Open your sheet in the Google Sheets app or browser.
Tap the green Share button (top right).
Under "General access" choose "Anyone with the link".
Set permission to Viewer.
Tap Copy link.
Paste the link above and tap Import.
Or upload a CSV file
Upload the Texas State elevator CSV file directly. Your data is saved in your browser — you only need to do this once. It stays until you import a new file or clear it.

Import your Texas elevator CSV (one time only)
Go to Today's Route tab
Enter a ZIP code, max floors, and number of stops
Click Generate Route
Mark each stop as Complete or Incomplete
Use the 📝 notes button on any stop to add access notes, parking info, etc.
At end of day, click End of Day to archive and roll over
Route Settings
Build route from the state data file
Enter the numbers you copied from the state file — one per line, or separated by commas. Use the field that matches what you have. Each number's building becomes one stop (a building with several elevators is still one stop).
⚠️ One-time step: re-import your data on the so the app can look up addresses by number. You only do this once.
Fill either box, or both. Numbers in different boxes can repeat across the state file, so keeping them separate makes sure each lands on the right building.

On your laptop: generate route → click Export Route (copies to clipboard). On your phone: tap Paste from Clipboard.
If more than 10 stops, it will split into multiple Maps links automatically.
🔁 Follow Up Stops
Stops you marked Follow Up. Tap "Add to Today's Route" to schedule a revisit, or open in Google Maps to navigate there now.
No follow-up stops yet. Mark a stop as Follow Up at end of day and it will show up here.
