How to share your Google Sheet (one-time setup)
  1. Open your sheet in the Google Sheets app or browser.
  2. Tap the green Share button (top right).
  3. Under "General access" choose "Anyone with the link".
  4. Set permission to Viewer.
  5. Tap Copy link.
  6. Paste the link above and tap Import.

Or upload a CSV file

Upload the Texas State elevator CSV file directly. Your data is saved in your browser β€” you only need to do this once. It stays until you import a new file or clear it.

  1. Import your Texas elevator CSV (one time only)
  2. Go to Today's Route tab
  3. Enter a ZIP code, max floors, and number of stops
  4. Click Generate Route
  5. Mark each stop as Complete or Incomplete
  6. Use the πŸ“ notes button on any stop to add access notes, parking info, etc.
  7. At end of day, click End of Day to archive and roll over

On your laptop: generate route β†’ click Export Route (copies to clipboard). On your phone: tap Paste from Clipboard.

πŸ” Follow Up Stops

Stops you marked Follow Up. Tap "Add to Today's Route" to schedule a revisit, or open in Google Maps to navigate there now.

No follow-up stops yet. Mark a stop as Follow Up at end of day and it will show up here.
